The Role Oversee the company’s national offices across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth. Execute an upcoming interstate office relocation project. Manage suppliers and vendor relationships — from cleaners and trades to building management. Own the office budget, invoicing, and expense tracking. Maintain meeting rooms, reception areas, and communal spaces to a high standard. Coordinate onboarding for new staff in collaboration with the People team. Assist in end-to-end event management. Ideal Candidate Proven multi-site office management experience. Experience with office relocation. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work in an autonomous, dynamic environment. Down-to-earth approach, with an understanding of the needs of smaller organisations (start-up to 500 headcount). Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a business undergoing growth. Proactive and hands-on, with a willingness to get involved at all levels.
